Naeim Sadaavi, Development Director

Born and raised in Iran, Naeim brings with him an incredible legacy in professional football — both on and off the pitch. His journey began with school teams, and by the age of 20, he signed his first professional contract with Foolad Group. Just two years later, he was competing at the highest level with Jonob Ahvaz, where he helped secure third place in the Premier League and runner-up in the national cup.

Naeim’s playing career reached impressive heights as a key player for Persepolis, Iran’s most celebrated football club, and a member of the Iranian national team, including participation in the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France. Over a remarkable career, he earned 36 national team caps, won multiple league titles, and competed in top continental tournaments.

After retiring at age 32, Naeim seamlessly transitioned into coaching and leadership roles. From Academy Director to head coach and technical director, his resume includes Premier League championships, youth development, and national team appointments. He has earned his AFC Pro License, completed international coaching courses in the UK, and most recently, achieved the U.S. Soccer A License in 2025.

Most recently, after years of success with Fresno Heat FC, Naeim joined ALBION SC Central Valley as the Development Director overseeing the U9-U10 age groups and will also serve as head coach for two teams within our club, bringing a wealth of global experience, a passion for developing young talent, and a championship-winning mindset.
